**Position Summary**

Looking to launch your career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Divine Flooring is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern / Junior Sales Representative to support our high-performing sales team. This role is a stepping stone into the world of client relationships, business development, and operations. You'll get exposure to exciting projects, collaborate with industry professionals, and be mentored by experienced industry leaders.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and follow-up communication.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with current builder, designer, and trade accounts.
- Help prepare estimates and project documentation, including uploading floorplans, completing takeoffs, and completing project notes.
- Assist with on site measure and providing estimates to retail customers in a timely manner.
- Input data into Divine Tracker - such as materials, quantities, floor plans, work orders and information for installers
- Work with various departments to obtain information necessary to fulfill job function such as product information, job statuses and material ETA’s.
- Collect necessary deposits and final payments from clients as per Company policy
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with internal departments and installers to help ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, helping manage tasks and client records.
- Attend company or client events to network and build industry exposure.

**What You’ve Done**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Post secondary education in business or marketing considered an asset.
- Previous customer service or sales-related experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word and Excel) and open to learning ERP/CRM systems.
