**Position**: Junior Sales Specialist
As a Junior Sales Specialist, you’ll work with an impressive portfolio of high-value properties, leading initiatives to close deals and drive our market presence. You will be essential to upholding and building the trusted reputation we’ve established in the industry.
- Independently reach out to leads and maintain consistent communication with them throughout the sales process. Ensure client needs are met, solve problems, and make sure customers are satisfied
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and continuously engage in mentorship and sales training to enhance your skills and industry knowledge, demonstrating a commitment to personal growth and success.
- Implement effective, revenue boosting strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers and drive sustainable sales growth. Stay adaptable and focused on achieving your goals, even in a remote environment.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed, data driven decisions, adjusting your sales tactics as necessary to remain responsive and effective.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, aligning your efforts with company goals. Set ambitious targets, create action plans and proactively work to achieve revenue objectives while working remotely.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, leveraging coaching and self-driven learning to stay ahead of industry trends and refine your approach.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year in sales. Able to show proof of successfully closed deals
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Dedicated to giving top-notch service to customers and getting what they need
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written. Able to share ideas and connect well with clients, key people, and team members
- Hands-on with CRM systems and sales tools. Must be able to clearly organize and manage your deals within our systems in a detailed fashion
- Solid negotiating and people skills
- Great at breaking down problems and finding solutions. Can keep track of sales figures, make sense of them, and come up with smart plans for success

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
