**Primary Objective**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- SV EFT and cheques, process void cheques and EFT returned by bank.
- Process Void and Stop Payment of cheques.
- Refunds to Distributors by cheque.
- Accounts payable, create suppliers in Oracle Cloud, prepare payments (cheques, wire, online banking) and prepare transfer between accounts.
- Monthly remittance of GST/HST, PST, MST, SKST, QST, Network Marketing Fee and Corporate tax installments.
- Network Marketing fee withholding tax and yearly tax summary returns to Canada Revenue Agency.
- Prepaid follow-up and expense to appropriate accounts monthly.
- Prepare Journal Entries in Oracle Cloud accounting systems and monthly expense details.
- Weekly Cash reports.
- Maintain asset list and tagging of assets.
- Assist with yearly accounting audit.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Cooperate and assist co-workers as required.
- Other duties requested and delegated by Management.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Basic general accounting certificate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office (advanced Excel) and proficiency in Oracle is an asset.
- Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and provide accurate and timely information.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
