**THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Barista to join our Root Cellar Team As a Barista, you will be responsible for contributing to a welcoming, friendly, and high-quality customer experience through exceptional service, superior beverage preparation, and upkeep of store appearance.
- Provide enthusiastic and engaging customer service.
- Craft specialty beverages to a high-quality standard.
- Gain product knowledge to advise customers better.
- Contribute to a welcoming and efficient work environment.
- Accurately perform cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Adhere to all food safety and cleanliness policies and procedures.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required.
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Cash-handling accuracy.
- Part-Time availability, including mornings (starting at 6:30 am), evenings (ending at 9:00 pm), and weekends.
