**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures during food preparation and serving
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge preferred; passion for coffee is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Previous cashiering or retail experience is advantageous but not required
