Murchie’s Tea and Coffee is currently looking for part-time enthusiastic, dynamic, and friendly baristas to join our downtown Victoria location. We are enlarging our team, join our downtown team and bring your smile along with your ambitious personality to learn

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to build up relationships with customers and our regulars
- Ability to embrace the task given by your supervisors or manager
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work as a part of a team and be respectful to your coworkers
- Attention to detail and multi-task in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workplace

Requirements & Experiences
- Full availability (especially weekends and holidays)
- A positive attitude is essential
- Must do daily cleaning, opening and closing duties efficiently
- Experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right fit
- Have a passion for tea and coffee
- Food Safe Certificate

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
