GONZALES COFFEE IS HIRING A PART-TIME BARISTA

Are you a strong, independent, friendly communicator who loves a fast paced, community-centered environment? Do you live in the Fairfield Community/have easy access getting there? Are you an early riser, and afternoon coffee maker?

We're looking for you

12-18 hours a week with the potential to pick up shifts along the way depending on ability to work alone. Two days a week minimum availability, availability on the weekend a must, with shifts ranging from 4-8 hours in length. Coffee experience is considered an asset.

Hours of operation;
Open shifts start at 630 am with closes ending at 5:30/6. Mid day start times vary based on days needs.

Duties include, though are not limited to;
Serving guests delicious coffee, every time.

Maintaining retail and pastry presentation.

Keeping a well cleaned and welcoming environment.

Able to take inventory and place weekly orders.

Able to count cash and fill in daily cash sheets.

Approachable and engaging customer service skills.

Functional morning person that shows up on time and ready to start at scheduled time.

Loves engaging people on a regular basis, regardless.

**Job Type**:
PART-TIME

Wages:
$20 / hr for 1-2 years barista experience.

$18 /hr to train the right fit.

**Benefits**:

Schedule:
Varies based on shop needs - though everyone's needs are heavily considered during construction.

Overtime pay
