Together, we offer unique, custom design solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support daily operations across all three brands.

**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our growing team with a wide range of responsibilities. This role goes beyond typical admin duties, requiring someone with hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital tools, and client-facing tasks. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Office Support**:

- Greet and welcome customers in the showroom or office
- Assist account managers with documentation and client follow-ups
- Maintain organized records for projects, orders, and client communication

**E-commerce & Online Platforms**:

- Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Shopify)
- Track inventory, product descriptions, and pricing across channels
- Monitor online sales activity and respond to basic customer inquiries

**Social Media & Marketing**:

- Assist in basic content scheduling and posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Collaborate with marketing for promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor engagement and respond to basic messages or comments

**Sales Support & Communication**:

- Perform occasional cold calling for lead generation and outreach
- Follow up with potential and existing clients regarding inquiries or quotes
- Assist in coordinating project timelines between designers, upholsterers, and customers

**Technical Skills & Design Projects**:

- Read and interpret blueprints or floor plans for custom upholstery and decor projects
- Use design software or blueprint-reading tools to assist with project specs
- Track project progress and deadlines, providing status updates to clients and teams

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a design-related industry
- Experience with **e-commerce platforms** (especially Etsy, Shopify, and similar marketplaces)
- Basic understanding of **social media management** tools and trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in making cold calls and handling client communication
- Familiarity with **blueprint reading** and relevant design/construction software is a strong asset
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving

**Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)**:

- Experience with tools like Canva, Trello, Asana, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
- Background or education in design, architecture, or upholstery
