You have experience excelling at full-cycle bookkeeping, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting and you know what rock solid books look like

You have a visceral reaction to the phrase “crushing it”, as you don’t think something is worth doing unless you’re going to do a truly exceptional job.

You get fired up by the idea of making a _huge _impact for Shift’s clients.

**Who we are**

We believe entrepreneurs can change the world. Our role is helping them through their financial blindspot with _**intuitive **_financial information for better decision making.

For entrepreneurs to change the world, we must completely change how financial information is managed and delivered. In a survey of over 10,000 SME owners, 40% of entrepreneurs think accounting and taxes are the _**worst **_part of owning a business. The result is almost always avoidance of all things accounting leasing to a financial crisis.

But there is a better way. It’s what we do and it’s different than what’s out there. We’ve developed a system to empower entrepreneurs and turn accounting from a source of _**pain **_to a source of _**power**_.

Automated, systemized, simple. We’re changing accounting for the better.

**Our promise to customers**

In less than 15 minutes per month, our clients will
- Clearly understand their financial position
- Understand the top 3-5 issues facing their business from a financial perspective
- Have a plan of action to address those issues
- Understand the non-issues they don’t have to worry about

All of this can be accomplished for the clients without them ever having to open a set of financial statements (which they likely don’t understand, anyways),

**What we do**

We outsource accounting departments for service based businesses between $1mm and $10mm in revenue. While we handle the day-to-day bookkeeping and controllership function for our clients, we stand apart though our:

- Data visualization
- Deep dive financial analytics and insights
- Prioritization of critical issues
- Translation of accounting speak into entrepreneurial language making it understandable and actionable for the entrepreneur.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
