- About the role**What you’ll do here**
belairdirect is a leading Canadian insurance company that provides car, home, and auto insurance directly to customers. We have innovative, industry-leading apps and online experiences that help customers easily learn about our products and get quotes quickly. Whatever way they find us, our Sales professionals are the true stars of our customer-service experience.
As a permanent Sales professional with our team, you will be an expert in simplifying insurance for both current and potential customers. For both inbound and outbound calls, you’ll listen to people’s insurance needs and let them know their options and associated benefits in a way that’s easy to understand.

We’re proud to support a flexible hybrid approach which gives everyone the best of both worlds. While there are no minimum or maximum time requirements, each team’s need for in-person connections will be different and there will be times you’ll join your colleagues at the office.
- Qualifications**What you bring to the table**:
- You are bilingual (French & English) or unilingual French
- You are a natural communicator and know how to listen and empathize with people
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
- You can multi-task and stay cool under pressure
- You have a high school diploma + three years of full-time customer service experience in Canada; OR
- You have a university degree or college diploma; OR
- You have your AEC in P&C insurance; OR
- You have experience and/or education outlined above, but it was obtained outside of Canada. In this case, you will need to complete an equivalency evaluation from MIFI
