**The purpose of the job**:
Under the direction of the Vice-President of Sales and in relation with the Project Managers, the incumbent acts as a resource person for Sistemalux customers, by providing fair and precise information to external sales representatives or manufacturing agents.

**Organizational link**:
The incumbent must work in collaboration with the technical feasibility department, production, shipping and the accounting department. They must also work closely with external sales representatives or manufacturing agents as well as with the regional sales managers.

**Description of tasks**:

- Respond to different technical questions from customers when it comes to custom products;
- Provide information, propose solutions and follow up with customers regarding product availability, cross-references, shipments (inventory verification), proof of deliveries, delivery dates and prices;
- Create quotations in the system;
- When necessary, update the customer information system (quotes, opportunities, contacts);
- Manage orders: receive them from customers, enter items in the computer system and follow up on these orders until delivery in the system;
- Ensure that the commercial policy is respected;
- Perform any other related task relevant to the exercise of its functions.

**Special features of the job**:
The incumbent is paired with one or more external sales representatives.

**Required training**:
The incumbent must, at a minimum, hold a college diploma or any other combination of training and experience relevant.

**Experience required**:

- 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally 2 years in manufacturing or in a technical field;
- Experience in lighting is an asset;
- Be bilingual, both oral and written;
- Master the main Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and have an excellent ability to search for information in different systems;
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
