The **Proposals Coordinator** is responsible for preparing proposals for all divisions nation-wide. They are also occasionally responsible for the gathering and coordinating of information nationally and multi-divisionally in response to bid tenders. Duties include ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation, and in multiple corporate data management databases. As well as implementing and enforcing changes in company policy.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow complex and changing procedures
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing company pricing strategy
- Responsible for time-sensitive tasks and working well under time pressure
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing important and sometimes difficult company change
- Responsible for AGAT’s impression in clients’ eyes
- Check terms and conditions in agreements
- Contract and agreement document management
- Prepare solicitation documents
- Provide French versions of documentation where applicable
- Monitor a variety of platforms to assist sales team in discovery of potential tender documents
- Responsible for gathering data in the form of a variety of reports
- Responsible for communicating with multiple departments within AGAT to acquire and organize data to present to clients in proposals
- Maintain and update all proposal-related documentation including templates, CV’s, contracts, etc.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience in Business, communications, science, or technical background
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- Strong proposal writing and editing skills; working knowledge of grammar and style
- Flexible and capable in the face of constantly changing environment
- Experience in a customer service setting and strong customer service orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French an asset.
- Capable of gracious communication in all circumstances
- Strong organizational and computer skills with an emphasis on Adobe creative suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Fast and strong learner

Work Environment: This position requires a person to sit for prolonged periods of time in an office setting. Manual dexterity is required to perform this position.
