**LaPrairie Group of Companies is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join its team in downtown Calgary, Alberta.**

The **Proposal Coordinator**will be responsible for assisting LAPRAIRIE's estimating team with the preparation and submission of various company solicitations and proposals (RFP, RFI etc.).

**Responsibilities**:
**Proposal Administration Duties**
- Review proposal instructions and ensure adherence to proposal submission requirements.
- Follow the proposal schedule ensuring all tasks are completed by the due date.
- Work with various LAPRAIRIE departments and personnel to collect and review necessary information.
- Ensure focus on the proposal process, milestones, and deadlines.
- Check and edit proposals for understanding, grammar, readability and formatting.
- Maintain applicable document libraries and submission trackers.
- Ensure RFP, RFI and other proposal documentation is downloaded, appropriately stored, and distributed to applicable team members.
- Review and maintain LAPRAIRIE's proposal account databases, search for applicable opportunities and distribute information for management review.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience working in administration / proposal administration / business development, or similar field.
- Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Independent worker with superior time management skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and complete duties with mínimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or designation relating to Business, Business Administration, or another related field, is an asset.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.

**Please note, this is an in-office position. Work-from-home arrangements are not being offered.
