We're growing and have an opening for a **Merchandising Support Administrator **to add to our existing team of Account Managers at our Vaughan office. We want to meet ambitious and accountable individuals who are seeking the opportunity to work for a company in high growth mode.

Job Duties and Requirements:

- Monitor the activities of subcontractors as they merchandise and maintain various product sets in retail stores to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Work with and report to Director of Operations and Director of Special Projects
- Deal with merchandisers' requests for information or general merchandising inquiries
- Troubleshoot and rectify any issues with merchandiser reports and services
- Analyze and review merchandiser reports in order to prepare for next month services
- Maintain regular communication with assigned client base to prepare monthly servicing as per their needs as well as to update on the status of current services

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience in a retail environment is an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
