We are expanding and currently looking for a **Recruiting Coordinator** who can support the HR department.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Posting positions on job sites and other web-based employment sites, including social media
- Scheduling and conducting telephone interviews
- Engaging in high-volume recruiting for special projects
- Sending out orientation packages
- Updating and maintaining merchandiser records on our proprietary software
- Completing other miscellaneous and administrative tasks as required

**Skills and Requirements**:

- An excellent command of the English language and French is an asset
- Preferred experience working in an office setting with an administrative background
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal motivation
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and be comfortable working in fast-paced family operated business
- Strong follow-through, problem solving and attention to detail is a must

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
