Calgary, Canada Capstone Oilfield Services Ltd. Full time

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for:

- General administrative tasks for the Calgary headquarters as well as field stations
- Data entry tasks including AR/AP as required by the VP of Finance
- Managing the AP Inbox for approvals and entry
- Assist with editing documents and presentations for executive and management
- Administrative tasks for the President including managing their calendar, making travel arrangements, supporting the AGM and Board Meetings as directed
- Maintaining Calgary office in a presentable professional state at all times

**Salary**: $35,231.68-$60,298.14 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2P 2Y3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Front desk: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
