**Volkswagen Moncton** is looking to hire an **Accounting Coordinator.**

This is a temporary position starting **immediately**and ending in July 2026.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Code and posting parts invoices
- Post warranty credits on a weekly basis
- Reconcile parts statements, code and post with A/P
- Reconcile gas slips and posting expense on a monthly basis
- Posting Daily: cash receipts, bank entries, sales
- Daily trips to bank (must be able to drive)

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a post-secondary accounting program at college
- Previous experience in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exercises good judgment and organizational skills
- Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow
- Must have a high level of confidentiality
- Must have a driver's license and a clean abstract
