**Temporary 3 month Contract with possible extension to full time**

**Reports to: Director of Quality**

**Job Purpose**:Clerical activities support quality systems.


**Duties**:

- Daily production reports
- C. of A.‘s
- Carbon arc and monthly validation reports 1428 and G21
- Specification updates
- Calculating department efficiencies
- Issuing KPI’s
- Historical data collection for product costing
- Additional duties as required
- Observe all of Morbern’s occupational health and safety rules.

**Education**:

- Grade 12 diploma
- Microsoft office

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of quality systems

**Salary**: $36,500.00-$38,000.00 per year
