Telecon is looking for an energetic, career-oriented individual to join our growing team as Inside Sales Coordinator.
**This is a 8 month contract opportunity with a possibility of becoming permanent and will offer a remote work set-up.**
The Inside Sales Coordinator works to assist the Sales team with the coordination of resources, equipment and information. Main duties include collaborating with the Sales team, Estimating Teams, and Project Managers, reviewing Purchase Orders and proposed Work Orders, and understanding the scope of work required to ensure accurate solutions for our client and RFP and proposals responses. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of all assigned projects utilizing best practices to assist the sales team balance and deliver projects on time, on budget, and in scope while ensuring a high quality of service, and mitigating risk, including safety concerns.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Thoroughly review documents to coordinate quotes that will be sent to clients according to estimators and suppliers
- Coordinating RFPs and proposals responses
- Carefully review the schedule to determine which projects are closing and finalize documentation for those project deadlines
- Collaborate with the Sales team
- Coordinate the daily project schedule ensuring the project is closed on track
- Enforces the best practices related to safety codes and norms to provide a hazard-free environment for the technicians and staff members
- Serves as the point of contact for sales representatives who are out in the field meeting clients and making sales. Convey information about unit prices, gross margins, and pricing.
- Tracking and coordinating of all Health and Safety Mandatory training, certification for all Marcomm employees
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organization abilities and high attention to detail
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Able to handle high peaks of workload and to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload when handling various responsibilities at once
