We're growing fast and need energetic people who can sell, follow up, and build customer relationships every single day.

The Role

We're hiring for
two Inside Sales & CSR hybrid
roles who can handle inbound service and outbound selling with equal energy. If you can pick up the phone, chase quotes, and make customers feel looked after – you'll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make proactive outbound calls
    to existing and past customers to generate new and repeat orders.
  • Quote, follow up, and close
    — from initial inquiry through confirmed purchase order.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts
    using current pricing or special offers.
  • Upsell / cross-sell
    complementary products (LED boxes, posts, frames, blanks).
  • Coordinate with production & shipping
    to meet delivery commitments.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy
    (HubSpot).
  • Support marketing campaigns
    with outbound call and email activity.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years in
    inside sales, customer service, or account coordination
    (industrial or B2B preferred).
  • Comfortable selling by phone
    – not afraid to call and close.
  • Organized, detailed, and responsive.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Positive, driven, and team-oriented.
  • Available
    on-site Monday to Friday
    in North York.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20 – $30 per hour
    (based on experience) +
    monthly performance bonus
    .
  • 40 hours per week, steady schedule.
