The Legal Administrative Assistant plays a key role working closely with and assisting the company’s in-house legal department with a broad range of matters. The Legal Administrative Assistant will support a tight-knit team while gaining exposure to a diverse range of in-house work aimed to achieve organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the company’s in-house legal department to provide general legal administrative support
- Manage files relating to contracts, corporate registrations and records, trademarks, filings, litigation, and other legal matters
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with corporate, trademark, compliance and other filings and records
- Assist with managing the company’s leasing portfolio and other leasing matters
- Prepare and/or edit PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with and act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a “bring forward” system and calendar
- Provide other administrative and legal support services as required

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of legal administrative experience with a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably with corporate commercial experience
- Completion of a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate is considered an asset
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
