The individual will ensure that deliverables are high-quality, pushing the work to be better and keeping client satisfaction high.

We at Boutique Jacques service the business executive and luxury market for clothing needs. We sell everything from T-Shirts to a special bespoke Made to Measure Suits. We have been specializing in menswear for over 65 years. As part of our team, you are encouraged to develop your expertise and skills. We carry many different kinds of brand names to cater to many different people.

Boutique Jacques is a great environment to work at. We are a family business that has been around over 65 years and our 3rd generation is managing the store and taking it to new levels with the help of the team. You will work in a fun, inspiring and rewarding environment with opportunities for development and growth.

The job description includes the following functions:

- Web site order fulfillment
- Preparation of shipping documentation and orders
- Photography for website
- Social Media
- Following-up with clients on E-commerce
- Assist in marketing meetings to help to develop suitable ideas
- Prioritize key features that focus on growth and engagement.
- Assist with inventory
- Ensure customer and wholesale orders are processed, carefully prepared, beautifully packaged and quickly shipped
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Takes personal pride in work quality and individual growth
- Comfortable working independently
- Full proficiency in English language required
- Processing returns, refunds, and other adjustments
