We’re seeking a talented and motivated **E-commerce and Marketing Coordinator** to lead key initiatives in content creation, strategy, and community engagement. This on-site position is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about marketing and art.
**Responsibilities**:
**The coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing e-commerce endeavors as well as maintaining brand image homogeneity across all products, communications, and sales channels.**
- **Content Development & Management**:
- Create engaging and informative blog content tailored to the art community.
- Develop ad copy and direct social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- **Collaboration & Quality Assurance**:
- Coordinate with graphics designer, marketing agency and content creators to maintain brand promotion and consistency.
- Review marketing assets for quality, accuracy, and alignment with branding standards.
- **Pricing & Customer Focus**:
- Design and implement pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability.
- Oversee customer satisfaction efforts, addressing feedback and enhancing the customer experience.
- **Community Engagement & Events**:
- Organize and manage events to increase community awareness and strengthen brand presence.
- Foster relationships within the local and broader art community.
- **Leadership & Innovation**:
- Provide leadership within the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to drive growth and improve processes.
- Aid in the development of products to boost overall sales through the e-commerce platform.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably in retail or a creative industry.
- Strong writing skills and experience creating high-quality, engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide others.
- A passion for art and creativity is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
