E-commerce Manager

This individual will play a key role in driving the performance of our online experience in the North American market._

**YOUR ROLE**
As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall online sales strategy for BESTSELLER's North American market. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure that all e-commerce initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
Specifically, your duties include (but are not limited to):

- Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales, enhance the customer journey, and increase brand visibility and revenue.
- Oversee the optimization of the e-commerce website, including ensuring the site is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Regularly analyze e-commerce data and sales performance to identify trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches seamlessly.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Ensure a top-tier online shopping experience for customers by working to improve site functionality, payment methods, and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, sales strategies, and pricing structures to maximize e-commerce sales and revenue.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment.

**WHO YOU ARE**
We're looking for an experienced e-commerce leader with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for driving results. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While we hire for mindset and train for skills, here’s what would make you a great fit:

- 5-7 years of experience in an e-commerce management role or similar position within a retail or consumer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms, including website optimization, performance analysis, and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition strategies, and online merchandising and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Results-driven and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market conditions.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting and performance analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.
