**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

To succeed in this job, you must:

- Lead creative direction, graphic design and design production
- Maintain brand standards and strategic alignment for elements developed for product marketing and other marketing campaigns and tactics
- Manage the improvement of web presence, utilizing best practices in UX/UI
- Develop creative assets, content and copy
- Create and release product catalogs, infographics, case studies, white papers
- Seek and communicate sources for prospective customer data and relevant trade shows;
- Design innovative, relevant content to attract new customers through strong marketing of sales initiatives, campaigns, events and presentation decks
- Support e-Commerce initiatives

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
- Experience with media editing software (Adobe Creative Suite), visual communication methods, web design and creation of digital content, including but not limited to blogs, press releases, infographics, white papers and videos
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital content strategies
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think strategically
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced evolving, high-volume environment
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups and as part of a team
- Results oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
