**MARKETING SPECIALIST (WINNIPEG)**

**What you'll do**
As a digital marketing specialist, you’ll create, manage, analyze, and report on digital and traditional campaigns and programs. You’ll work with the manger of the digital creative department, which is filled with inspiring and friendly designers, copywriters, and developers that you’ll get to collaborate with. Plus, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to work directly with account coordinators, managers, and directors on various digital marketing tasks. It’s safe to say you’ll be very popular
**Essentially you will...**
- help to develop and manage digital and traditional organic and ad campaigns, including keyword and market research, keyword and placement exclusions, competitor analysis, conversion tracking setup.
- report on ongoing efforts, providing insights that summarize the organic and ad campaign outcome.
- analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and recommendations based on the program/campaigns KPIs.
- create and place paid online advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, digital display, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Research and establish new ad platforms, setting up campaign tracking and conducting quality assurance checks.
- manage and leverage relationships with ad platform representatives.
- assist in new business efforts (RFP contribution & preliminary audits).
- communicate and collaborate with your team on ways to constantly improve and evolve the role and processes.
- manage ad calendars.
- work to deadlines.
- provide thought-leadership in the digital marketing space to peers.
- educate client service personnel as required.
- remain current in marketing trends, news, and platform changes
**Education & Experience**
- Degree or diploma in marketing, digital media, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience executing paid advertising programs in a fast-paced environment across both traditional and digital media channels.
- Experience with SEO is considered an asset
