Technical writing in support of Product Supply Chain management
This position reports into Supply Chain Global Logistics and contributes to key cold chain logistics, global transport and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) processes/activities including, thermal packaging system qualifications, Operational Working Instructions, transport quality systems, and transport/GDP program improvement initiatives. This role involves working across **’s global distribution network with internal cross-functional/cross-site groups as well as external supply chain partners.
This position reports into the Executive Director, Product Supply Chain Management, and contributes to product strategies designed to secure supply of quality product to patients worldwide. This role involves working cross-functionally with internal cross-functional/cross-site groups to
Own change control records and perform logistics/cold chain assessments, and CAPAs to support Product Supply Chain team as required
Manage and coordinate work to update supply chain maps and other product-specific documents
Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and/or form documentation.
Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
Other duties as assigned.
**Skills**:
Revise and Develop Operational Instructions for the use of thermal packaging systems
Review and/or create Transport Lane Risk Assessments
Own change control records and perform logistics/cold chain assessments and CAPAs to support Product Supply Chain team as required
Lead implementation of instructions for use of thermal packaging system solutions
Support temperature excursion evaluation of shipments
Collaborate with Global Logistics partners to implement improvement projects
Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension.
Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and/or form documentation.
Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
Other duties as assigned.
