  • Develop and maintain customer-facing knowledge content: Design and continuously improve knowledge base articles on the corporate service portal, identifying content gaps and user needs to create effective, engaging educational materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for technical accuracy: Work closely with technical writers (local and global), R&D teams, product owners, and subject matter experts across functional areas to ensure documentation is technically accurate, concise, and aligned with established guidelines and style standards.
  • Ensure documentation quality and consistency: Maintain adherence to established style guidelines, improve documentation processes where needed, and serve as a subject matter expert by developing comprehensive knowledge of company products and their role within PACS systems.
  • Manage project scope and timelines: Define scope of assigned work, estimate project tasks, update schedules, and deliver documentation on time in alignment with product development cycles and organizational milestones.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused content
  • Proven ability to drive projects independently while collaborating effectively with subject matter experts across diverse functional areas
  • Ability to manage full project lifecycle from planning through publication
