Head Concierge

**HEAD CONCIERGE FOR LUXURY RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM**

**Salary**: $26.00 to $28.00 /hour
- BC Strata is looking to complete its multi-diverse Concierge Team. This position reports to the Building Services Lead._

**RESPONSIBILITES (not limited)**
- Greet residents and visitors appropriately
- Response to inquiries and concerns
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the customers services(residents)
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all residents, co-workers, and contractors
- Know how to deal with an emergency, respond to fire alarms and other emergencies by following established practices and procedures
- Monitor CCTV for security and safety operations of the building, and be prepared to take immediate actions to address any concern
- Facilitate and monitor parking for visitors and contractors
- Become familiar with the use of security software e.g., access control system, security cameras etc.
- Effectively maintain the access control of the building for security purpose
- Support the Building Services Lead and Strata Manager on delivering the best service to the Strata Council and residents of the building
- Manage and create intercom access for residents upon request
- Create fobs, access apps, fob replacements and receive the payments for
- Familiarize yourself with Strata Council bylaws and report bylaw infractions
- Enter the packages into the delivery system correctly and attentively to avoid any errors
- Receive and safekeep parcels and packages until pickup by residents
- Log information into Building Services System
- Log daily events that take place at the building
- Perform structured security patrols looking for damages, appropriate recycling, bylaw infractions.
- Perform regular fire protection equipment tests
- Post notices when required to do so
- Manage bookings for guest suite and amenities
- Coordinate and prepare elevator use for move-in/out and renovation

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 years of full-time work experience in providing customer services and security services in a high-end setting, such as 5-star hotel, luxury residential complex, or well-regarded country club
- Active BC Security Worker License
- Valid CPR Level A Certificate
- Post-Secondary Education (preferred)

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
