Our Client is looking for a Part-Time Concierge for a property located in Vancouver, BC.

**Job Title**:Concierge

**Location**: Vancouver, BC, downtown, close to public transit

**Building Type**: High-End Residential Strata Building

**Shift**: Regular Shifts: Friday 3pm - 11pm, Saturday & Sunday, 7am - 3pm. Additional shifts available for coverage of vacations, statutory holidays, illness, etc.

The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests and contractors arriving at the building and is the primary source of information and services for residents and their guests. The position provides security by monitoring building access and through regular patrols of the common areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The concierge shall greet all residents, visitors and suppliers with a smile and do their utmost to ensure provision of a high standard of service, including:

- Provide prompt and courteous service to residents, focusing on their individual needs and wants;
- Answer, record, and process all resident calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns;
- Assist residents with maintenance service requests and ensure they are communicated to the Head Concierge/Building Manager or Strata Manager as appropriate;
- Provide residents with suite access in the event of lock-outs/lost keys in accordance with suite access policies;
- Record resident complaints and report to the Head Concierge/Building Manager or Strata Manager as appropriate;
- Securely receive package deliveries for residents and deliver to suites in a timely manner;
- Receive mail for absent residents if required;
- Unlock and lock suite doors for cleaning personnel, tradespeople etc. if authorized by the owner.

**Compensation**:
***$19.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications

**Qualifications**:

- _ Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently without supervision_
- _ Self - motivated individual who obtains satisfaction from a job well done_
- _ Excellent written and oral command of the English language_
- _ Able to meet the physical demands of the job such as regular patrols of the building common areas including stairs, hallways, interior and exterior_
