**Design Studio Administrator - New Home Builder**

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare homeowner files.

Process Design Studio homeowner selections, including verifying drawings, codes, and prices, and ensuring information is entered into the system with a high-level accuracy.

Ensure homeowner selections are processed on time and in order according to construction timelines.

Ensure timely and accurate review of all documentation and payments related to the homeowner Design Studio processes.

Process all Design Studio amendments.

Assist Design team with day-to-day interactions. This includes calling homeowners and booking appointments or following up on payments.

Maintain and update status reports and weekly communications.

Ensure the Design Studio space is kept tidy.

Assist with organizing team meetings and taking notes.

Excellent organizational and time management skills required.

Communicate and collaborate with Design Studio Manager.

Self motivated with an ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
