Concord, Canada Rehab and Wellness center Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data integrity within the Juvonno system.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing through Juvonno.
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and manage virtual consultations.
- Provide training and support to staff on Juvonno functionalities.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and generate reports using Juvonno.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Clinic Administrator or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
