**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for data entry and financial reporting.
- Assist in account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and reports.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and enhance productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: $21.00-$27.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
