**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in obtaining mortgages by evaluating their financial situation and providing appropriate mortgage options
- Analyze financial information, such as credit reports and income statements, to determine mortgage eligibility and affordability
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure a smooth mortgage approval process
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in mortgage lending practices
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling client information

Qualifications:

- Strong cash management skills and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable mortgage terms for clients
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allow for effective communication with a diverse client base
- Familiarity with financial services and mortgage lending processes is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond Hill, ON

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 per week
