**Duties**:

- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans
- Explain loan options and terms to clients and assist them in selecting the right mortgage product
- Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
- Stay up-to-date with changes in mortgage regulations and guidelines
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to make sure the smooth functioning of the real estate business.

**Requirements**:

- Possess excellent customer service skills to ensure clients have a positive experience throughout the mortgage process.
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to clients in an understandable manner.
- Skilled in negotiating to secure favourable terms for clients.

**Education**
- Successful completion of the BCFSA Licensing and Continuing Education Courses

**Language Requirement**:
English, Additional language skills can be a plus but are not required.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 year of banking, finance, or sales related industry preferred.

**Payroll**:
Fully Commission Based

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
