Real Estate / Mortgage Assistant
Looking for an assistant to build, organize and administer systems. Must be detail oriented and hard working with prior experience in the Real Estate or Mortgage Industry.
You will be working primarily with Mortgage files and Real Estate Deals, and on occasion Construction administration.
Responsibilities will include communicating with vendors, trades and clients, putting together schedules, systems and checklists, managing appointments, advertising and social media campaigns.
This is an opportunity to get in on the ground level of a growing business.
Required skills (outline which ones you have, all are not expected but certainly a bonus) : knowledge of social media platforms (include social media work samples with resume), Microsoft office/word/excel, Mailchimp, Gmail, VDrive, MLS System, Authentisign/Webforms, Filogix, Canva, any other basic graphic editing software.
My team is dedicated to building the best agent and client experience with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Starting hours are part-time with the goal of increasing hours as the business grows. Starting pay is based on skillset.
Work will be in the office but may move to a hybrid work remote/onsite structure in the future once all systems are in place and running like clockwork.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
