Kingsdale Mortgage Centre is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Commission-Based salesperson to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect and Generate Leads**: Identify potential clients who may be interested in obtaining their mortgage agent license and joining Kingsdale Mortgage Centre through various channels, with a strong emphasis on cold calling (we provide leads).
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Establish and maintain relationships with potential agents, ensuring their successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment and sales strategies, and product knowledge to effectively attract and recruit top talent.

**Requirements**:
Previous recruiting or sales experience, especially in cold calling, is considered a strong asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using technology and CRM software.

A strong desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of Kingsdale Mortgage Centre.
