We are looking for a team member who is passionate about people. A vital aspect of this role is to achieve the vision of hospitality by impacting the community around us with each and every Field House experience. Other aspects include overseeing the operations of our Abbotsford and/or Chilliwack tasting room, engaging with the leadership team, driving sales, FOH operations, implementing crew training, development programs and more

Key Areas of Accountability:
**Operations**
- Executing the hospitality experience of Field House to the highest standard; great guest experience, food and drink quality and service times, vibe, cleanliness, and food handling and safety of the entire operation.
- Communicating needs to Hospitality Ops Leads regarding beverages, dry goods, supplies and maintenance
- Organizing & Tracking Inventory & Invoices.

**People**
- TR Schedule (timesheets, time off, staffing levels)
- Recruitment, training, ongoing development of new Crew
- Fosters collaborative teamwork through positive, professional communication across all departments to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet service excellence standards.
- Communications (Basecamp, meetings, memos)
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, provide coaching, and cultivate a culture of exceptional hospitality.

**Profit**
- Communication on inventory needs through par level maintenance (with Hospitality Ops Lead)
- Driving tasting room revenues to achieve growth targets
- Building schedules based on forecast sales, budgeting for labour target
- Cash (fixing errors, balancing float etc)
