**Maan Farms Market and Estate Winery** is a destination for agritourism, events, local berries, and wine. Our Estate Winery team is passionate about creating **delicious fruit wine** from our homegrown berries and providing memorable wine experiences for our customers.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Wine Tasting Room Specialists **to join our team at Maan Farms Estate Winery in our tasting room. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting wine tastings, educating customers on our wines, and driving sales. This is a part-time position, with the potential for future growth within our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and informative wine tastings at designated liquor stores
- Educate customers on Maan Farms Estate Winery's products, history, and winemaking process
- Drive sales and promote brand awareness by creating a positive, memorable experience for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting area, ensuring all materials and products are properly displayed
- Complete required documentation and reports on tasting events, sales, and customer feedback
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Hold a valid Serving It Right certificate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers of diverse backgrounds
- Sales-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
