We are looking for a team member who is passionate about people. A vital aspect of this role is to achieve the vision of hospitality by impacting the community around us with each and every Field House experience. Other aspects include overseeing the operations of our Abbotsford tasting room, engaging with the leadership team, driving sales, FOH operations, implementing crew training, development programs and more

Some of the role responsibilities will be:

- Overseeing the ongoing operations of our tasting rooms and kitchens
- Training and development of our leaders and crew members to improve in their roles
- Management of labour and cost of goods
- Responsible for exploring opportunities to improve day-to-day operations
- Executing hospitality initiatives in the community and across our team

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
