We are looking for a **Full-Time Front Desk Agent** to join our team

Come work & live on the beaches of Tofino

End of contract bonus & subsidized staff accommodation available.

*Contract ends November 13th, 2025*

**Required Qualifications**:
**-**Must be 18+ years to apply
- Previous experience with guest relations or customer service
- Organized and punctual in a front desk setting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Patient with repetitive tasks
- Problem solving and critical thinking at a busy reception
- Friendly and approachable personality

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Creating reservations over the phone
- Processing online bookings
- Helping guests to check-in at the front desk
- Retail sales
- Campground walk-arounds
- Light cleaning duties in the office and washrooms
- Assist guests with booking excursions, dinner reservations, etc.

**Contract extensions further into 2025/2026 welcome**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.85 per hour
