Job description

Middle Beach Lodge is currently looking for an energetic and team orientated individual to join our Front Desk Team. Front Desk agents are the first and last experience of a guest’s stay - help make it memorable

The Front Desk Agent reports to the Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Manager and Lodge Manager**.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Daily Check in’s/Check Outs
- Making telephone reservations and online bookings.
- Preparing bills, processing payments, cashing-out and reconciling cash with total sales.
- Running daily end of shift audit reports.
- Dealing with guest inquiries and concerns.
- Providing general information about Tofino and the Pacific Rim National Park.
- Responsible for proper stocking of shelves, counters, and racks of merchandise and keeping them organized and fully replenished.
- Hosting guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Maintaining coffee bar, lounge and bathroom areas.

**About You**:

- Can do, positive attitude
- 1-2 years work experience in a similar field
- Serving it right certification, or willing to acquire prior to starting
- Excellent Communication skills and professional demeanor
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time,

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
