**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Construction Health and Safety Administrator** to support our safety programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a culture of safety within our workforce. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about workplace safety in the construction industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update safety records, documentation, and compliance reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
- Support site teams in ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Coordinate and schedule safety training sessions for employees.
- Collaborate with management and employees to foster a safe work environment.
- Book and monitor employees pre access and post incident testing
- Tacking of all leading indicators, toolbox and other safety paperwork
- Tracking of all employee safety certificates and/or specialized certificates
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field (preferred)
- Experience in a construction or industrial setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of Alberta workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, word, PowerPoint, share point etc..)
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
