**The Opportunity**:
The role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Hunt & Win: Identify and close new warehouse business opportunities across Ontario.
- Own the Funnel: Manage full-cycle sales process — from lead generation, discovery, solution development and proposal to negotiation and onboarding.
- Deliver Solutions: Customize and create solutions from available supply chain resources that solve customer pain points and add measurable value.
- Partner Internally: Collaborate with operations, engineering, solutions and pricing teams to align execution with customer expectations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Know the Market: Monitor competitive trends, develop insights, and bring innovation and differentiation to your sales strategy.
- Represent with Impact: Attend tradeshows, events, and conferences as needed to promote Metro Supply Chain
- Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and revenue results in CRM.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Positive, energetic, and influential relationship builder with bias for action.
- Excellent negotiations, problem-solving and analytical skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Polished communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust fast and understand client challenges from a business-first perspective.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field considered an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
- Ability to travel as needed in support of Sales goals
