Assistant Bookkeeper

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing procedures by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to assist in audits and compliance checks.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and organizing financial documents.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and account reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
