**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Associate Golf Professional, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
- Greet and assist members and guests prior to and following their round of golf
- Effectively communicate with the golf team and other departments within the club to ensure members’ expectations are exceeded
- Clean clubs for all members and guests
- General cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts
- Set up, take down, and constant top up of golf balls on the Driving Range
- Assist in the organization and set up of golf tournaments under the direction of the Golf Shop Staff
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety polices
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess outstanding guest services skills and communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on member and guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Must possess a Valid Ontario Driver’s License

**Physical Aspects of Position**:
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Constant bending and reaching throughout shift
- Constant pushing and pulling throughout shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Busy work atmosphere
- Variable weather conditions

**Availability**:
End Date: Mid November, weather depending

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
