Job Duties: a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, managing files, scheduling appointments, and supporting our bookkeeping staff with basic data entry and document preparation.

**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain and organize records (digital and paper)
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and invoice processing
- Order and track office supplies

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous office or admin experience is an asset
- Previous data entry or bookkeeping is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
