Responsibilities of this role include
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, obtaining customer needs and being friendly and courteous in customer relations
- Service assisting accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts using existing lists
- Informing management by preparing documents and maintaining records
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Maintaining files, answering phone calls, taking clear messages, and delivering to the appropriate person
- Arranging appointments and managing clients, job contracts, and management on calendars
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing, issuing cheques and matching
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Cleaning on daily and weekly basis.
