**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Actively seek out customers to assess their needs and provide high engagement of customer service.
- Provide solutions by addressing the customer challenges or needs.
- Maintain your dept/area to high standards of cleanliness, organization, and current tagging pricing.
- Maintain your dept/area properly stocked.
- Be aware of promotions, e-flyers and any special current pricing that will impact sales.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good tools knowledge and/or tools retail service industry experience is crucial. Some construction related tools & power tools and asset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to cultivate strong relationships and consistently go the extra mile in providing exceptional customer service - focusing on great customer shopping experience.
- 1-3 years in a high-volume retail environment store will position you well with us.
- Experience working in a sale driven environment a great skill to have for this role.
- Personable with great communication skills, engaging customers with a premium experience.
- Self-motivated and a positive influence among the team.
- Completion of a criminal record check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
