**About the Role**
Victory Range Hoods is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and learning about a new product. You’ll play a key role in guiding clients with orders, communicating with customers, and coordinating with the Sales and Shipping department to ensure a smooth a enjoyable sales experience for new customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing guidance with new orders and ensuring all customers are attended to within 24 hours
- Reach out to customers regarding:

- New sales inquiries
- Sales quotes and invoices
- Price-match requests
- Product guidance assistance
- Warranty or parts requests
- Coordinating with the Sales and Shipping team when quoting new orders
- Answer tickets from existing and future customers
**Schedule**
Full-time
Office / Warehouse setting

- **Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organization
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is an asset
- Knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk and Google Drive are a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently to customers.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in merchandising is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
